Russia is never considered as a aeoaraphic entit¥ by
Vuk. but as a symbol presented in association with
"izrazi kao Ite su 'bezct'ani~na' i 'zavejana'"
("expressions such as 'endless' and • snow-covered' 36).
It is a symbol of salvation.
His dream of emisratins to
Russia is in response to the Austrian threat asainst
