5 There is no impact of attenuating safety surface. It
6 appears that the spacing around the equipment is less
7 than 6 feet, which is the zone requirement. The handles
8 on the spring toys are protrusions.
9 And the recommendations are that the
10 slide needs to be removed. There needs to be a safety
11 surface 6 feet around each play event, and they need to
12 develop a written maintenance and inspection plan for
13 the playground.
