Overview of Coho Salmon Life-Cycle Model<br />

The <strong>Klamath</strong> River coho salmon life-cycle model was developed to predict the<br />

effects of Reclamation’s operation of the <strong>Klamath</strong> Project on natural production<br />

of coho salmon within the <strong>Klamath</strong> River <strong>Basin</strong>. These predictions were used to<br />

evaluate how different water management scenarios might affect production and<br />

sustainability of <strong>Klamath</strong> River <strong>Basin</strong> coho salmon.<br />
