Confidence intervals for estimates during these periods were relatively wide,<br />

indicating some uncertainty in the prec<strong>is</strong>ion of the estimates. Male and female<br />

Lost River suckers at the shoreline spawning areas demonstrated either stable or<br />

slight decreases between interannual population change estimates since 2001<br />

(Figure 2-7, Janney and Shively 2007). Confidence intervals for estimates during<br />

these periods were relatively narrow, indicating more prec<strong>is</strong>e estimates than for<br />

the preceding periods of interannual compar<strong>is</strong>ons.<br />
