CERTAIN SENIOR MANAGEMENT STAFF<br />

Trustees<br />

Michael J. Townsend, Chairman<br />

Mr. Townsend was appointed a Trustee of the <strong>Authority</strong> in February 2004 and was elected Vice<br />

Chairman in April 2006. He was elected Chairman of the <strong>Authority</strong> in February 2009. He is a partner in<br />

Harris Beach PLLC, a law firm based in Rochester, <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong>, and focuses his practice in the areas of<br />

public finance, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Townsend is a member of the<br />

Board of Directors of the <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> State Energy Research and Development <strong>Authority</strong> and also serves<br />

as a director of the State Tobacco Settlement Finance Corporation and the State Mortgage Bond Bank<br />

Agency. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of Ticor Title Insurance Co. and the <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> State<br />

Economic Development Council. Mr. Townsend also serves as an attorney for the Civic Center Monroe<br />

County Parking Facility Corporation and the Monroe County <strong>New</strong> <strong>Power</strong> Corporation. Prior to joining<br />

Harris Beach PLLC, he served as counsel to the Rochester-Genesee Regional Transit <strong>Authority</strong>, Monroe<br />

County Empire Zone, Monroe County Industrial Development Agency, Greater Rochester Outdoor Sports<br />

Facility, and the Greater Rochester Sports <strong>Authority</strong>. Mr. Townsend is a member of the Monroe County<br />

Bar Association and the <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> State Bar Association where he is a member of the Real Property Law<br />

Section. Mr. Townsend received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine in 1976 and<br />

received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Western <strong>New</strong> England School of Law in 1981.<br />

Jonathan F. Foster, Vice Chairman<br />

Mr. Foster was appointed a Trustee of the <strong>Authority</strong> in September 2008 and was elected as Vice<br />

Chairman in February 2009. Mr. Foster is Managing Director of Current Capital LLC, a private equity<br />

firm focused on investments in lower middle market industrial and business service companies. Mr.<br />

Foster is a Director of Masonite Inc., Lear Corporation, and Chemtura Corporation. From 2007 through<br />

2008, Mr. Foster was Managing Director and Co-Head of Diversified Industrials & Services at Wachovia<br />

Securities. From 2005 through 2007, he was Executive Vice President of Finance and Business<br />

Development at Revolution Living, one of three business groups in the Revolution family of companies<br />

founded by Steve Case, co-founder of AOL. Previously, from 2002 through 2004, Mr. Foster served as a<br />

Managing Director of The Cypress Group, a private equity investment firm, where he led the industrial<br />

and services group and served as a member of the investment and management committees. Mr. Foster<br />

also served as Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. from 2001 through 2002 where he was<br />

responsible for mergers and acquisitions in industrial products and services. From 2000 through 2001, he<br />

served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Toysrus.com.<br />

Previously, from 1988 through 1999, Mr. Foster was at Lazard LLC, ultimately as a Managing Director<br />

where he worked on a wide range of mainly industrial and services mergers and acquisitions transactions.<br />

Mr. Foster received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Emory University, and a<br />

Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.<br />

D. Patrick Curley, Trustee<br />

Mr. Curley was appointed a Trustee of the <strong>Authority</strong> in October 2007. He is the President of St.<br />

Lawrence Business Consultants, a financial consulting firm which he founded in 1977, with clients in<br />

banking, manufacturing, education and other interests in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Mr. Curley<br />
