has served on the boards of several corporations and is a member of the Industry Trade Advisory<br />

Committee, a high security, public-private partnership that engages business leaders in formulating U.S.<br />

trade policy. Mr. Curley chairs the Board of Trustees of Erie County Central Police Services and for<br />

nearly 40 years, he has been a member of the Orchard Park Fire Company. He previously served three<br />

terms on the Orchard Park Town Board. Mr. Curley is the founder of the Orchard Park Council of the<br />

Arts and has been a member of the National Board of Directors of the American Heart Association. He<br />

has also served on the board of Mercy Hospital of Buffalo and on the President’s Council of D’Youville<br />

College in Buffalo, where he also taught courses in statistics, accounting, and business valuation<br />

techniques. Mr. Curley received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a Master of Science<br />

degree from Canisius College in Buffalo.<br />

John S. Dyson, Trustee<br />

Mr. Dyson was appointed a Trustee of the <strong>Authority</strong> in March 2011. Mr. Dyson is Chairman of<br />

Millbrook Capital Management, Inc., an investment firm. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Dyson served as<br />

Chairman of the <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> City Mayor’s Council of Economic Advisors. From 1994 to 1996 he served<br />

as <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> City’s Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Finance. Previously, from 1979 to<br />

1985, Mr. Dyson served as Chairman of the <strong>Authority</strong>, where he led efforts to license the Marcy South<br />

transmission line, build small-hydroelectric power plants and develop programs for allocating low cost<br />

power to business in return for job commitments. Mr. Dyson also headed the <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> State<br />

Department of Commerce from 1975 to 1979 during which time the agency launched the “I Love <strong>New</strong><br />

<strong>York</strong>” advertising campaign. From 1968 to 1970, he served as a First Lieutenant in the United States<br />

Army, Military Intelligence, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. Mr. Dyson served on the<br />

Cornell University Board of Trustees from 1981 to 2001 and was elected Emeritus Trustee in 2001. Mr.<br />

Dyson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University, and a<br />

Master’s degree in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at<br />

Princeton University.<br />

R. Wayne LeChase, Trustee<br />

Mr. LeChase was appointed a Trustee of the <strong>Authority</strong> in June 2011. He is currently Chairman of<br />

LeChase Construction Services, LLC in Rochester, NY. In addition to its Rochester headquarters, the<br />

company has <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> offices in Albany, Binghamton, Corning and Syracuse. Before LeChase<br />

Construction, Mr. LeChase was a partner in the law firm of LaDuca, Offen and LeChase. He was<br />

admitted to the <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> State Bar in 1968. Mr. LeChase is an active member of the Rochester Business<br />

Alliance’s Executive Committee, former chairman of the Greater Rochester Enterprise, and serves on a<br />

number of community organizations including the University of Rochester, St. John Fisher College,<br />

Diocese of Rochester Stewardship Council, and the <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> State Trooper Foundation. Mr. LeChase’s<br />

education includes a Bachelor of Science from John Carroll University and a Juris Doctorate from the<br />

State University of <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> at Buffalo, School of Law. He is the recipient of the Herbert W.<br />

VanderBrul Entrepreneurial Award from Rochester Institute of Technology and the Justinian Order<br />

Medal from St. John Fisher College. He is an inductee into the Rochester Business Hall of Fame (an<br />

award which recognizes exemplary leaders who have made outstanding and enduring contributions to<br />

business and community in the Greater Rochester region), and the Alfred University Galanis Excellence<br />

in Family Business Award. Other honors include the Distinguished Citizen of the Year by the Otetiana<br />

Council - Boy Scouts of America, Volunteer of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce, the Visionary<br />

Award by the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and honorary Doctor of Laws from St.<br />

John Fisher College.<br />
