Request for Proposal for a Search for President and Chief Executive Officer SUMMARY The Chairman submitted the following report: The Trustees are requested to authorize the issuance of a request for proposals for a search for the best qualified candidate for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that, the Trustees authorize the issuance of a request for proposals for a search for the best qualified candidate for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. The following resolution, as submitted by the Chairman, was unanimously adopted. RESOLVED, That the Trustees authorize the issuance of a request for proposals for a search for the best qualified candidate for the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. 54
