Pasquale worked for five years with the Eisner and Lubin accounting firm in <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong> City. He earned<br />
a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Pace University.<br />
Thomas P. Antenucci, Senior Vice President - <strong>Power</strong> Supply Support Services<br />
Mr. Antenucci assumed his current position in August 2009. From 2002 to 2009, he was Vice<br />
President of Project Management, <strong>Power</strong> Generation. Mr. Antenucci joined the <strong>Power</strong> <strong>Authority</strong> in 1980<br />
and held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the design and construction of such major<br />
projects as the Marcy-South Transmission Line, the R. M. Flynn Combined Cycle Plant, and<br />
hydroelectric Life Extension and Modernization Programs. Mr. Antenucci is responsible for managing<br />
the Support Services Group which is comprised of six divisions: Engineering, Project Management,<br />
Environmental Health & Safety, Project Development & Licensing, Asset & Investment Planning, and<br />
Asset & Maintenance Management. He provides oversight and coordination of technical, planning,<br />
implementation, regulatory, maintenance, and budgetary needs to support operation of existing projects<br />
and planning and construction of new projects. Prior to joining the <strong>Authority</strong> he worked for the American<br />
Electric <strong>Power</strong> Service Corporation. Mr. Antenucci is a licensed professional engineer and received a<br />
Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Engineering<br />
(Civil) from the City College of <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong>.<br />
Steven J. DeCarlo, Senior Vice President - Transmission<br />
Mr. DeCarlo was appointed to his current position in September 2005. He is responsible for the<br />
<strong>Authority</strong>’s Energy Control Center, operations and maintenance of the <strong>Authority</strong>’s transmission system,<br />
transmission and operations planning, transmission interconnection agreements, and reliability<br />
compliance. Mr. DeCarlo joined the <strong>Authority</strong> in 1985 as an electrical engineer and throughout his<br />
tenure has assumed increasing responsibility in operations, maintenance, engineering, and asset<br />
management. He has previously served as Operations Supervisor, Central Region Operations<br />
Superintendent, and Regional Manager, Central <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong>. Mr. DeCarlo is a member of several<br />
professional committees. He is a graduate of Manhattan College in Riverdale, <strong>New</strong> <strong>York</strong>, with a<br />
Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering and holds an MBA degree in finance from the<br />
Long Island University.<br />
William J. Nadeau, Senior Vice President - Energy Resource Management<br />
Mr. Nadeau joined the <strong>Authority</strong> in his current position in September 2006. He is responsible for<br />
generation resource management, including bidding the <strong>Authority</strong>’s generation resources into the <strong>New</strong><br />
<strong>York</strong> Independent System Operator markets, fuel planning and operations, load scheduling and financial<br />
settlements, and energy market analysis. Previously, Mr. Nadeau worked for Northeast Utilities System<br />
(NU) companies for over 25 years, including service as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of<br />
Northeast Generation Services Company and as Vice President, Fossil and Hydro Engineering and<br />
Operations, with responsibilities for all generating assets for the three <strong>New</strong> England states served by NU.<br />
From 1972 to 1980, he served in the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine force on three different nuclear<br />
submarines, culminating with his becoming Chief Engineer of the USS Shark. Mr. Nadeau earned a<br />
Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science degree in<br />
Nuclear Engineering from M.I.T., and a MBA from the University of <strong>New</strong> Haven. Mr. Nadeau also<br />
completed the Executive Management Program at Penn State University’s Smeal School of Business.<br />
