The division also handles labor relations issues and maintains equal employment opportunity regulations throughout the agency. The Human Resources Division works to ensure consistency of policies and procedures in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Administrative Code and collective bargaining agreements. Also, the division works to provide a safe working environment for all BWC employees and visitors and effectively manage Workers’ Compensation and disability claims.
