Other consequential simplificationsare made. The braking requirement relevant to Schedule 11 is referred to as“the relevant braking requirement” and is defined, in simplifiedterms, in regulation 3.Special references to temporarily imported vehicles are omitted. Only maximumladen weights for track-laying locomotives are retained.
