Type Approval (Great Britain) <strong>Regulations</strong> as if, for the reference toitems 1, 2, 3 or 4 of the Table<br />
there were substituted a reference to item4 of the Table.<br />
(5) Paragraph(4) does not apply to a vehicle in category 5.2.2.1.3 as defined in Annex I to<br />
Directive 84/424<strong>and</strong> equipped with a compression ignition engine, a vehicle in category 5.2.2.1.4as
