Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005—It was moved by the Baroness Hollis of<br />

Heigham that the Grand Committee do report to the House that it has considered the draft Pension<br />

Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005; after debate, the motion was agreed to.<br />

Hollis of Heigham that the Grand Committee do report to the House that it has considered the<br />

draft Pension Protection Fund (Pension Compensation Cap) Order 2005; the motion was agreed<br />

Occupational Pension Schemes (Modification of Pension Protection Provisions) Regulations 2005—It<br />

was moved by the Baroness Hollis of Heigham that the Grand Committee do report to the House<br />

that it has considered the draft Occupational Pension Schemes (Modification of Pension Protection<br />

Provisions) Regulations 2005; the motion was agreed to.<br />

Heigham that the Grand Committee do report to the House that it has considered the draft<br />

Occupational Pension Schemes (Levies) Regulations 2005; the motion was agreed to.<br />

H M Customs and Excise: heavy goods vehicles—The Earl Attlee asked Her Majesty’s Government<br />

whether, in order to reduce tax and duty evasion, H M Customs and Excise have determined the<br />

feasibility of requiring all heavy goods vehicles leaving Great Britain to do so with a nearly full tank<br />

of fuel; after debate, the question was answered by the Lord Davies of Oldham.<br />

The Committee was adjourned at twenty-three minutes before six o’clock.<br />
