1. Barony of Burnham in the Peerage of the <strong>United</strong> <strong>Kingdom</strong>—The Petition of Harry Frederick Alan<br />

Lawson claiming to have succeeded to the Barony of Burnham in the Peerage of the <strong>United</strong><br />

<strong>Kingdom</strong> and praying that the Clerk of the <strong>Parliament</strong>s might be directed to enter the<br />

petitioner as the Lord Burnham on his register of hereditary peers maintained under Standing<br />

Order 10(5) was presented and was referred to the Lord Chancellor to consider and report<br />

upon to the House pursuant to Standing Order 11.<br />

Judicial Business<br />

2. R (on the application of Hammond) (Respondent) v. Secretary of State for the Home Department<br />

(Appellant) (England)—The appeal of the Secretary of State for the Home Department was<br />

presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and<br />

appendix thereto be lodged on or before 13th April.<br />

3. Standard Commercial Property Securities Limited and others (Respondents) v. Glasgow City<br />

Council and others (Appellants) (Scotland)—The appeal of Atlas Investments Limited was<br />

presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and<br />

appendix thereto be lodged on or before 13th April.<br />

4. Jameel and others (Respondents) v. Wall Street Journal Europe Sprl (Petitioners)—The petition<br />

of Wall Street Journal Europe Sprl praying for leave to appeal was presented and referred to<br />
