2. Matthews and others (Appellants) v. Kent and Medway Towns Fire Authority and others<br />

(Respondents) (England)— The appeal of Barry George GriYn, Glenville Stephen Varrall,<br />

Leslie Chappell, Christopher Foster, Darren Lee Rosewell, Gary Richard Willis, Martin Lee<br />

Kerby, Peter Normal Welsh, Ralph Webb, Gary Foster, Gene Aron Mason and Colin<br />

Frederick Elliott was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI<br />
