15. Refreshment—The First Report of the Refreshment Committee was made and ordered to be

Public Business
16. Constitutional Reform Bill [hl]—The bill was returned from the Commons agreed to with
amendments and with a privilege amendment; it was ordered that the Commons amendments
be printed. (HL Bill 35)
17. Children (Contact) and Adoption Bill, Draft—It was moved by the Chairman of Committees that
the Baroness Morgan of Drefelin be appointed a member of the Select Committee in place of
the Baroness Massey of Darwen; the motion was agreed to.
18. BBC Charter—It was moved by the Chairman of Committees that a Select Committee be
appointed to consider and report on the review of the BBC Charter;
That, as proposed by the Committee of Selection, the following Lords be named of the
Committee:
