World Conference on Women—The Baroness Gould of Potternewton asked Her Majesty’s<br />

Government what progress has been made on the Plan of Action agreed at the <strong>United</strong> Nations<br />

World Conference on Women held in Beijing in 1995; after debate, the question was answered by<br />

the Baroness Scotland of Asthal.<br />
