World Conference on Women—The Baroness Gould of Potternewton asked Her Majesty’s
Government what progress has been made on the Plan of Action agreed at the United Nations
World Conference on Women held in Beijing in 1995; after debate, the question was answered by
the Baroness Scotland of Asthal.
