2. CMA CGM SA (Original Appellants and Cross-respondents) v. Classica Shipping Company<br />

Limited (Original Respondents and Cross-appellants) (England)—The cross-appeal of<br />

Classica Shipping Company Limited was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with<br />

Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 21st February<br />

(lodged 5th January).<br />
