12. Brown (Appellant) v. Scottish Ministers (Respondents) (Scotland)—The petition of the appellant<br />

praying that the hearing date be vacated; and that security for costs as required by Standing<br />

Order V be waived until the review of the refusal of legal aid has been finally determined (the<br />

agents for the respondents not consenting thereto) was presented; and referred to an Appeal<br />

Committee.<br />

13. Davidson (AP) (Appellant) v. Scottish Ministers (Respondents) (Scotland)—The appellant’s legal<br />

aid certificate was lodged.<br />

14. Appeal Committee—The 36th Report from the Appeal Committee was agreed to and the following<br />

Metropolis and others (Respondents)—That leave to appeal be refused; that the respondents<br />
