19. Care of Cathedrals (Amendment) Measure—It was moved by the Lord Bishop of Liverpool that
this House do direct that, in accordance with the Church of England Assembly (Powers) Act
1919, the Care of Cathedrals (Amendment) Measure be presented to Her Majesty for the
Royal Assent; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
20. Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure—It was moved by the Lord Bishop of
Liverpool that this House do direct that, in accordance with the Church of England Assembly
(Powers) Act 1919, the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure be presented
to Her Majesty for the Royal Assent; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
21. Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004 (Relaxation of Restriction on Disclosure) Order 2005—It was
moved by the Lord Davies of Oldham that the draft Order laid before the House on 9th
February be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
22. Community Legal Service (Asylum and Immigration Appeals) Regulations 2005—It was moved
by the Baroness Ashton of Upholland that the draft Regulations laid before the House on
23rd February be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
23. Revised Funding Code prepared by the Legal Services Commission—It was moved by the
Baroness Ashton of Upholland that the Revised Funding Code laid before the House on 9th
March be approved; the motion was agreed to.
The House was adjourned at twelve minutes before eleven o’clock
till tomorrow, half-past two o’clock.
