The weighted scores are added together to determine the top 100 demonstrators eligible to attend Founder’s Circle. In the case of a tie, personal sales are used to determine the winner. Demonstrators will not be recognized by rank, but will be recognized as earners of the Founder’s Circle trip. Demonstrator Support Programs Business Development Program: Senior managers and above are invited to participate in the Business Development Program which is designed to help them perform at their title level, actively grow their businesses, promote to a new title, and maximize the Stampin’ Up!’s programs of compensation and awards. Demonstrators participating in this program will be assigned to a Business Development Advisor who will assist them in setting goals and identifying potential areas for downline growth and personal progress. Executive Demonstrator Support Service: Demonstrators at the executive level and above will receive special service through Demonstrator Support. Demonstrators performing at these titles will automatically be enrolled in this program. Calls will be given first priority and e-mails will be answered within one business day. Other special programs may be organized for this group in which Stampin’ Up! may gather information and feedback on specific topics. Incentive Trip Every year, Stampin’ Up! treats select demonstrators to an exciting, all-expenses-paid trip for two. From exotic locations to plush spas and resorts, the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip is one filled with luxury, entertainment, and fun! Demonstrators can earn one of two incentive trips: the Getaway and the Grand Vacation. Getaway: The Getaway is a four-day, three-night trip. Earning the Getaway requires 30,000 incentive trip points. Grand Vacation: The Grand Vacation is our most exciting and luxurious trip! Earning the Grand Vacation requires 40,000 incentive trip points. TABLE 5-11 Table 5-13 shows the ways in which demonstrators earn incentive trip points. Stampin’ Up! reserves the right to substitute different trips at its discretion. Each trip is for two, and will include a Stampin’ Up! presence and pillow gifts. Demonstrators cannot earn both trips. However a demonstrator who earns the larger trip can forfeit the larger trip and attend the smaller trip if she chooses. Both trips include round-trip airfare from a gateway city (as identified by the cruise or travel company arranging the trip) nearest the demonstrator to the point of departure for the trip. Transportation to the airport, parking charges, and other incidental fees are the responsibility of the demonstrator. Note: If you earn the trip while on military status (see International and Military Activities) Stampin’ Up! will pay the airfare for only the domestic leg of the flight. You must pay for the flight from the US military base abroad to a major US airport. Mailing Selector Our innovative mailing program provides every demonstrator the opportunity to do cost-effective advertising—for free or at minimal cost. Based on your sales in the previous performance period, a number of your customers will automatically receive new mini catalogs mailed directly from Stampin’ Up! at no cost to you. You can either manually select customers using the Mailing Selector program, or the computer will automatically select customers for you based upon the amount of money they spent with you in the relevant performance period. If you didn’t earn any free mini catalogs during the performance period, or you want to send more mini catalogs than you earned, you can purchase them online and have Stampin’ Up! mail them directly to your customers.
