After a user is created the application allows for certain job roles to edit the
profile information of their subordinates. If the user’s job role allows, this is done by
choosing the Edit Agents Profile item from the Profile menu. Figure 19 shows that the
user is required to pick one of their subordinates from the drop down list and after the
person is picked, their information can be edited as seen in Figure 20. Once the agents
information has been edited and submitted, those changes are immediately updated in the
database.
