risk mitigation programs, such as Property<br />
and Campus Services, which oversees the<br />
<strong>University</strong>’s environment health and safety<br />
program. The <strong>University</strong>’s Compliance<br />
Officer <strong>report</strong>s regularly to the <strong>University</strong><br />
Council on matters relevant to compliance<br />
with the <strong>University</strong>’s statutory obligations.<br />
The <strong>University</strong> has an integrated<br />
strategic risk assessment model to<br />
address <strong>University</strong> risks in addition to<br />
those identified by the academic and<br />
administrative departments and this now<br />
forms part <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Annual</strong> Planning Cycle.<br />
Under revised terms <strong>of</strong> reference the<br />
<strong>University</strong>’s Risk Management Committee<br />
monitors identification <strong>of</strong> strategic risks<br />
and the implementation <strong>of</strong> action plans<br />
developed to address risks with a high<br />
