DRAINAGE<br />
GENERAL<br />
Stormwater drains <strong>and</strong> subsoil drains shall be constructed in accordance with the <strong>drainage</strong> layout<br />
plans.<br />
Pile <strong>and</strong> keel or bearers will be required in s<strong>of</strong>t ground <strong>and</strong> where drains cross existing services.<br />
Drain <strong>construction</strong> shall take place in dry conditions <strong>and</strong> where necessary the Contractor shall provide<br />
dewatering equipment to ensure such suitable conditions exist.<br />
