<strong>Fleming</strong>’s Certificate and the CHRP Designation<br />
You may take any of these nine mandatory courses online or in class. These Human Resources courses have been approved as academic credits by<br />
the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and qualify for the National Knowledge Exam (NKE) set by the Canadian Council of Human<br />
Resources Associations (CCHRA) and administered by HRPA. You must attain an overall average of at least 70 percent with no mark less than<br />
65 percent to be eligible to write the National Knowledge Exam. Passing this exam is now a requirement to attain the Certified Human Resources<br />
Professional (CHRP) designation.
