A+ Essentials – Hardware<br />
Gain a greater understanding of typical PC components and their<br />
relationship to computer operating systems and peripherals. Hands-on<br />
experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting helps prepare you to<br />
service PCs and related equipment. This course prepares you for the A+<br />
Hardware certification exam and the A+ Operating System course.<br />

A+ Essentials – Operating Systems<br />
Prepare for your CompTIA exam by reviewing basic computer hardware<br />
and operating systems, covering skills such as installation, building,<br />
upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing<br />
and preventive maintenance, with additional elements of security<br />
and soft skills. It is recommended that you complete A+ Essentials<br />
Hardware before registering for this course. This prep course does not<br />
include the CompTIA exam itself.<br />

require a basic understanding of computer operations at the home<br />
user level. You should know how to access programs on your<br />

Adobe Dreamweaver (Web Page Authoring)<br />
Learn to customize the working environment, create sites and<br />
documents, develop navigation, site management, typography, images,<br />
tables, using layers, using frames, creating forms, CSS (cascading style<br />
sheets), rollovers and behaviours. Recommended: knowledge of HTML.<br />
