(Ontario Secondary School Certificate), this certificate expands your<br />
passion for food preparation. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team in a<br />
fast-paced environment.<br />
Certificate Highlights: At <strong>Fleming</strong> you’ll get the background to enter<br />
the culinary field from a school noted for the excellence of its culinary<br />
graduates. In this one-year certificate program, you will be trained as<br />
a commercial kitchen assistant in the preparation and presentation of<br />
meals for a variety of food service environments.<br />
