SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OCTOBER 19, 2009 The Moderator, Brian M. Walsh, opened the Special Town Meeting held at Milton High School Auditorium, Gile Road at 7:43 p.m. Town Meeting Members paid tribute to Charles C. Winchester, Chairman of the School Building Committee, former Moderator and former School Committee Member.
