To any of the constables of the Town of Milton in said County:
GREETINGS:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required
to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Milton, qualified to vote in
Elections and Town affairs, to meet at the several designated polling places in
their respective Precincts in said Milton, to wit:

On Tuesday, April 28, 2009 next at 7 o’clock in the forenoon, then and there to
bring in to Precinct Officers of their precincts their votes on the one ballot respectively
the following Town Officers to wit:
One SELECTMAN AND SURVEYOR OF THE HIGHWAY for a term
of three years
A TOWN CLERK for a term of three years
A TOWN TREASURER for a term of one year
One ASSESSOR for a term of three years
Two SCHOOL COMMITTEE members for a term of three years
One PARK COMMISSIONER for a term of three years
One member of the BOARD OF HEALTH for a term of three years
Three TRUSTEES of the PUBLIC LIBRARY for a term of three years
One TRUSTEE of the CEMETERY for a term of five years
