VOTED. The Town voted to appropriate the amount shown in the following
tabulation under the heading “Non-Contingent Appropriation”; and that the
Town appropriate the amount shown in the following tabulation under the heading
“Contingent Appropriation,” contingent upon the passage by the voters of
the Town of Milton of an override ballot question under Chapter 59, Section
21C of the Massachusetts General Laws.

School Committee Chairman, Lynda Lee Sheridan made a motion which was
seconded to consider Article 28 on May 5, 2009 and Article 29 on May 7, 2009
