2009 WARRANT SPECIAL STATE PRIMARY Commonwealth of Massachusetts) SS. County of Norfolk To any of the Constables of the Town of Milton in said County: GREETINGS: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Milton, qualified to vote in Elections and Town affairs, to meet at the several designated polling places in their respective Precincts in said Milton, to wit: In Precinct 1. Tucker School, Blue Hills Parkway On Tuesday, December 8, next at 7 o’clock in the forenoon, then and there to bring in their vote to the Precinct Officers of their respective Precincts for the Candidate of their Political Party for the following office: SENATOR FOR THE COMMONWEALTH For these purposes the polls will be open at each and all of said precincts at seven o’clock in the forenoon and will be closed at eight o’clock in the evening. And you are directed to warn said inhabitants qualified as aforesaid to meet at the times and places and for the purposes herein mentioned, by posting attested copies of this Warrant in each of the Post Offices of said Town seven days at least before said meeting and leaving printed copies thereof at the dwelling houses of said Town at least four days before said date. Hereof fail not and make due return of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk, on or before said eighth day of December, next. 118
