the Commonwealth’s Model Inclusionary ordinance as a start, and see how Melrose,<br />
Barnstable, Newton, and others have achieved success using this tool. Potential<br />
funding for assistance can be sought from the Priority Development Fund (PDF) or<br />
its replacement.<br />
