7.12 Beds
Close driver's cabin partition (see section 7.3).
Pull on the handle (Fig. 32,1) and open the flap (Fig. 32,2).
Fold up bench seat extension (Fig. 33,4) and wedge together with the flap
(Fig. 33,2).
Pull out the slatted frame (Fig. 33,3).
Place the additional cushion (Fig. 34,5) on the slatted frame and the bench
seat extension.
Place the additional cushion (Fig. 34,6) on the additional cushion
(Fig. 34,5).
7.12.1 Overcab bed
Only use the overcab bed, if the safety net is set up.
Never allow small children to remain in the overcab bed without super-
vision.
But in particular with regard to small children less than 6 years of age,
users should ensure that they cannot fall out of the overcab bed.
Use separate children's beds or travel cots suitable for children.
