Schedule A - Prince George Civic Centre Service Provider User Fees
The Prince George Civic Centre Service Provider User Fees are for services performed at the Prince George
Civic Centre. These fees are designed to recover costs associated with those companies providing services
within the venue and utilizing associated resources of the venue to provide this service.
Audio Visual Provider User Fees
All audio visual companies who do business in the Prince George Civic Centre, and provide A/V services to
clients and other users of the facilities of the Prince George Civic Centre will be responsible to pay charges, in
respect of use of the Centre's facility, equipment, and electrical power, a fee, based on a charge, per room, per
day.
These fees are applicable to rooms where power is utilized from the rooms' power receptacles. The fees are
based upon the size of rooms (determined by square footage) or combination of rooms and are accessed on a
per day per room basis.
Small = 1 - 1,499 square feet
Medium = 1,500 – 6,000 square feet
Large = 6,001 plus (+) square feet.
Standard rates of $20.00, $40.00 and $60.00 per room, per day for small, medium, and large rooms are
discounted to $14.00, $28.00, and $42.00 respectively for all days after the first two (2) days use of room.
No fees are applicable to ingress (move-in) or egress (move-out) days.
Any combination of rooms into one room, whereby the area (sq. ft.) of the combined rooms exceed 1,499 sq.
ft., or 6,000 sq. ft., shall be assess based on medium rooms and large rooms as follows:
Combinations of rooms exceeding 1,499 sq. ft. (Medium) - $40.00 per combined room per day
Combinations or rooms exceeding 6,000 sq. ft. (Large) - $60.00 per combined room per day
In the event that a power distribution panel is required then that fee would apply and override these charges for
electrical connection.
DJ Service Provider User Fees
Companies providing DJ (Music) Services will be required to pay charges for the use of the facilities electrical
power based on a charge, per room, per day based on the square footage of the room.
Small (1 -1,499 square feet)
Medium (1,500 – 6,000 square feet)
$20.00/day
$40.00/day
