Large (6,001 plus + square feet)<br />

Additional fees will be applied individually for all other ancillary services or a packaged user fee <strong>of</strong> $75.00/day<br />
could be requested that includes the following services: storage, internet access <strong>and</strong> electrical connection.<br />
In the event that a power distribution panel is required then that fee would apply <strong>and</strong> override the electrical<br />
charges stated above.<br />
Decorator User <strong>Fees</strong><br />
Companies providing decorating services will be required to pay charges for the use <strong>of</strong> the facilities electrical<br />
power based on a charge, per room, per day based on the square footage <strong>of</strong> the room.<br />
Small (1 -1,499 square feet)<br />
Medium (1,500 – 6,000 square feet)<br />
Large (6,001 plus + square feet)<br />
$20.00/day<br />
$40.00/day<br />
$60.00/day<br />
Additional fees will be applied individually for all other ancillary services.<br />
Exhibitor User <strong>Fees</strong><br />
Companies providing exhibitor or display services will be required to pay charges for the use <strong>of</strong> the facilities<br />
electrical power based on the number <strong>of</strong> electrical panels being connected to the venue’s power source.<br />
Exhibitors are not allowed to use the Centre’s plug-in receptacles. Electrical panels are required to be used to<br />
provide a power source to all exhibitors.<br />
Service Providers Own Electrical Distribution Panel<br />
‐ 50 amp – 220 volts panel $100.00/per panel/event<br />
‐ 100 amp – 3 phase $200.00/per panel/event<br />
Civic Centre Electrical Distribution panel<br />
$230.00/panel & connection/event<br />
Should the Service Provider request use <strong>of</strong> Civic Centre’s tables <strong>and</strong> chairs for a trade show then a fee <strong>of</strong><br />
$10.00/table & $5.00/chair/day will apply.<br />
Ancillary Service Provider <strong>Fees</strong><br />
The following ancillary services are available individually as per the applicable fee:<br />
Where storage space is required a fee <strong>of</strong> $25.00 per day will be assessed provided sufficient space is<br />
available. Storage space should be requested in advance on the Service Provider Service Form.<br />
Internet access: Wired Connection: $29.00/day<br />
Wireless Connection: $10.00/day<br />
Scissor Lift:<br />
$100.00/half-day use (< 4 hours) or<br />
$200.00/full-day use (> 4 hours)<br />
Electrical Distribution Panel: 50amp – 220 volts<br />
