3. Advertising may be covered for special events due to event sponsorship requirements.<br />
4. Non-pr<strong>of</strong>it groups selling advertising are exclusively responsible for all costs <strong>of</strong> making <strong>and</strong> hanging all signs<br />
under the supervision <strong>of</strong> the Kin Centre foreman or designate.<br />
5. Each non-pr<strong>of</strong>it group selling advertising may set the rates for such advertising however, they shall not be<br />
lower than those set by the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong>.<br />
6. Each group selling advertising shall receive full payment for such advertising <strong>and</strong> return 20% <strong>of</strong> the gross<br />
sales for all new sales <strong>and</strong> 25% on all renewals to the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong>.<br />
7. Advertising pro<strong>of</strong>s are subject to approval by the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong>. Liquor <strong>and</strong> tobacco advertising is<br />
not permitted.<br />
Minimum Advertising rates<br />
The rates noted do not include Tax <strong>and</strong> the cost <strong>of</strong> the signs, which are the responsibility <strong>of</strong> the<br />
advertiser. The rates do include sign installation at the facilities. All signs must be made <strong>of</strong> ¼”<br />
chloroplast. 1 Year term.<br />
