1.1.3 Landscaping Irrigation
The flat rate for unmetered service connections used exclusively for irrigation of landscaped areas shall be Three Hundred and Thirty
Three Dollars and One Cent ($333.01) per acre for the summer irrigation season. Such flat rate shall become due and payable on
the first day of July in each year.

1.2 METERED USER RATES
All metered accounts are subject to a capacity and a consumption charge for each quarterly period.
1.2.1 Capacity Charge
The capacity charge for each quarterly period is a flat rate charge based on meter size. The following rates shall apply (per
