City of Prince George Comprehensive Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 7557, 2004 Page 3 “D” CORPORATE SERVICES D-1 Corporate Services 1. That “Leisure Services Facilities Fees and Charges bylaw No. 7279, 2001” and all its amendments are hereby repealed in their entirety and replaced with Schedule “B” of this Bylaw. 1.1 Cash payments received for fees levied by the City of Prince George for admissions, applications received, services rendered, and goods supplied, shall be rounded either up or down to the nearest five-cent increment, in accordance with the Government of Canada rounding guidelines. 2. That “Corporate Services Fees and Charges Rates Bylaw No. 7368, 2002” is hereby repealed in its entirety and replaced with Schedule “D” of this Bylaw. 3 If any section, subsection, clause, or phrase of this Bylaw is for any reason held to be invalid by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, the decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Bylaw. 4. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby empowered to do all things necessary to give effect to this Bylaw. 5. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “City of Prince George Comprehensive Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 7557, 2004”. READ A FIRST TIME THIS THE 4th DAY OF October , 2004.
