2.8 UTILITY BILL SUSPENSION FEE<br />
Per six month billing period $45.00<br />
2.9 PRIVATE FIRE HYDRANT MAINTENANCE<br />
Per hydrant $150.00<br />
2.10 ACCOUNT SET UP FEE<br />
A flat fee for each new account added to the billing system $15.00<br />
2.11 NEW AND REPLACEMENT WATER METERS<br />
2.11.1 New meters for new development <strong>and</strong> new water utility accounts shall be charged at the flat rate amount as indicated in the<br />
table below based on the size <strong>of</strong> meter required. Installation is not included.<br />
2.11.2 Replacement meters or meter readers damaged or caused to malfunction, due to frost or other cause, by the property owner<br />
or account customer shall be charged at the flat rate amount as indicated in the table below based on the size <strong>of</strong> meter.<br />
Installation is included.<br />
2.11.3 <strong>Charges</strong> include supply <strong>of</strong> meter or meter reader, <strong>and</strong>, where applicable, delivery <strong>and</strong> installation by <strong>City</strong> as specified in the<br />
table below.
