CPG Consolidated Fees & Charges Bylaw No. 7557, 2004 Page 48 Large (6,001 plus + square feet) $60.00/day Additional fees will be applied individually for all other ancillary services or a packaged user fee of $75.00/day could be requested that includes the following services: storage, internet access and electrical connection. In the event that a power distribution panel is required then that fee would apply and override the electrical charges stated above. Decorator User Fees Companies providing decorating services will be required to pay charges for the use of the facilities electrical power based on a charge, per room, per day based on the square footage of the room. Small (1 -1,499 square feet) Medium (1,500 – 6,000 square feet) Large (6,001 plus + square feet) $20.00/day $40.00/day $60.00/day Additional fees will be applied individually for all other ancillary services. Exhibitor User Fees Companies providing exhibitor or display services will be required to pay charges for the use of the facilities electrical power based on the number of electrical panels being connected to the venue’s power source. Exhibitors are not allowed to use the Centre’s plug-in receptacles. Electrical panels are required to be used to provide a power source to all exhibitors. Service Providers Own Electrical Distribution Panel ‐ 50 amp – 220 volts panel $100.00/per panel/event ‐ 100 amp – 3 phase $200.00/per panel/event Civic Centre Electrical Distribution panel $230.00/panel & connection/event Should the Service Provider request use of Civic Centre’s tables and chairs for a trade show then a fee of $10.00/table & $5.00/chair/day will apply. Ancillary Service Provider Fees The following ancillary services are available individually as per the applicable fee: Where storage space is required a fee of $25.00 per day will be assessed provided sufficient space is available. Storage space should be requested in advance on the Service Provider Service Form. Internet access: Wired Connection: $29.00/day Wireless Connection: $10.00/day Scissor Lift: $100.00/half-day use (< 4 hours) or $200.00/full-day use (> 4 hours) Electrical Distribution Panel: 50amp – 220 volts $100.00/event

Risers (16” & 24” high staging units – 4’x8’ panel) $10.00/unit *Prices are current for the fiscal year 2014. Annual increases will apply based on Council approved3 year rental and service fee rates.
