3. BILLING PROCEDURES
Bills shall be rendered twice yearly by the City for the use of the waterworks except for metered accounts and metered residential accounts,
which shall be rendered quarterly. Should the due date as printed on the bill fall on any Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, then the next business
day following the Saturday, Sunday or Holiday shall be taken as the due date.
The date of payment shall be the date the account is received at City Hall or paid at any chartered bank in British Columbia, as evidenced by
cash register impression or tellers stamp.
