Additional Staff Costs<br />
Additional charges which are listed as actual staff costs are calculated at the union rate for the specific hours<br />
worked plus all employee benefits including accrual costs. Staff costs for planned overtime will be calculated<br />
at the applicable overtime rate plus employee benefits.<br />
Spring Season<br />
The first Monday after School District 57 Spring Break (except in 2015), <strong>and</strong> ends June 29th or earlier when ice<br />
is removed.<br />
Summer Season<br />
July 1st or later when ice is installed, <strong>and</strong> ends August 31st.<br />
Regular Season<br />
September 1st to the Sunday prior to SD57 Spring Break (except in 2015).<br />
Youth <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong> Area Residents<br />
A youth individual, group, organization or business renting the facility who is based inside the <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong><br />
<strong>City</strong> Boundaries, <strong>and</strong> /or inside the Regional District <strong>of</strong> Fraser Fort <strong>George</strong>. When all participants are 18 years<br />
or younger rates include all times from start to finish <strong>of</strong> booking including flood times in arenas. Youth may be<br />
scheduled up until 9:30 pm<br />
Adult <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong> area Residents<br />
An adult individual, group, organization or business renting the facility who is based inside the <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong><br />
<strong>City</strong> Boundaries, <strong>and</strong>/or inside the Regional District <strong>of</strong> Fraser Fort <strong>George</strong> Boundaries. Adults may start after<br />
9:30pm Monday to Thursday.<br />
Non Resident<br />
The individual, group, organization or business renting the facility is based outside the <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong> <strong>City</strong><br />
Boundaries <strong>and</strong>/or outside the Regional District <strong>of</strong> Fraser Fort <strong>George</strong> boundaries. Non residents will be<br />
charged St<strong>and</strong>ard Recreation Rates.<br />
Terms <strong>and</strong> Conditions:<br />
Liability Insurance<br />
All user groups <strong>of</strong> <strong>City</strong> facilities are required to hold comprehensive general liability insurance for no less than<br />
$3,000,000.00 inclusive with respect to bodily injury including death <strong>and</strong> property damage. The policy shall<br />
include an endorsement adding the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Prince</strong> <strong>George</strong> as an additional named insured on the policy. Host<br />
Liquor Liability insurance is required for rentals where the licensee is holding a special occasion license. If no<br />
insurance is presented, the licensee may be denied access for facility.<br />
Damage / Cleaning Deposits<br />
A damage deposit not greater than $1,500.00, payable prior to any event may be required upon signing <strong>of</strong> the<br />
applicable contract. This is also required for anticipated cleaning requirements above normal use.<br />
First Aid <strong>and</strong> Security Requirements<br />
First Aid <strong>and</strong> Security costs for events where public use <strong>of</strong> the facility requires these services will be<br />
coordinated by the <strong>City</strong> <strong>and</strong> charged to the user.<br />
Tentative Booking Procedures<br />
Tentative bookings will be held without a deposit until another request for the same space is received.
