Purpose: Recently, we showed that MRI using a new
lymph-node contrast (gadofosveset) can significantly
improve accuracy for staging of rectal cancer nodes. Aim
of the present study was to determine the most accurate
predictive imaging criteria for lymph node assessment using
gadofosveset-MRI.
