A copy of the draft revision to Regulation GCPA – R Reduction in Professional
Staff Work Force Procedure and the associated matrix form accompanies this
memorandum and is presented for discussion by the School Board. The draft
incorporates items raised by the Board in January, including prior part – time
service with Fluvanna, private school experience, increasing the weighting of
“continuous service, and an exceptions “clause.” The associated matrix was
adjusted to have whether an employee is either currently on a plan of assistance
or not.
