Manufacture or import may c<strong>on</strong>tinue if there is no indicati<strong>on</strong> to the c<strong>on</strong>trary from <strong>ECHA</strong> within<br />
three weeks after the updated registrati<strong>on</strong> dossier has been accepted for processing (Article<br />
21(1)).<br />
<strong>ECHA</strong> will inform the relevant Member State Competent Authority accordingly (Articles 22(1),<br />
22(2)).<br />
