11.4 How to submit a dossier<br />
All REACH registrati<strong>on</strong> dossiers are submitted through REACH-IT. For detailed instructi<strong>on</strong>s<br />
please refer to the Industry User Manual - Part 6: Dossier Submissi<strong>on</strong>.<br />
Please note that in case of a Joint Submissi<strong>on</strong>, the dossier of the Lead Registrant (which<br />
includes the joint informati<strong>on</strong> needed for registering) needs to be successfully submitted<br />
before the member registrants can submit their registrati<strong>on</strong>s. More precisely, member<br />
registrants can <strong>on</strong>ly submit their dossiers <strong>on</strong>ce the lead registrant dossier has been accepted<br />
for processing (i.e the dossier passes the business rules verificati<strong>on</strong> step – see secti<strong>on</strong> 10).<br />
