500 Hour<br />
Change Fuel Filters<br />
Change fuel filters (shown) every 500 hours.<br />
Change Hydraulic Fluid and Filter<br />
Change hydraulic fluid and filter every 500 hours.<br />
Change hydraulic fluid and filter every 250 hours<br />
if jobsite temperature exceeds 100°F (38°C)<br />
more than 50% of the time.<br />

1. Remove drain plug (1).<br />
2. Drain fluid and replace plug.<br />
3. Change filter (2).<br />
4. Add THF at fill (3).<br />

Test Coolant Freeze Protection Level<br />
With engine cool, test coolant freeze protection<br />
level using a hydrometer or refractometer.<br />
Recommended freeze protection level is -34°F<br />
(-37°C). Adjust as needed.<br />
If colder temperatures are expected, consult your<br />
<strong>Ditch</strong> witch dealer or coolant supplier.<br />
IMPORTANT: See page 152 for information<br />
on approved coolants.<br />
Use pre-dilluted coolant to maintain proper freeze<br />
protection.<br />
