PUBLISHER’S NOTE For our Winter 2014 Issue Cover Story we sat down with the creators of Chicago’s Honey Buttered Fried Chicken to talk about where they started and where they aspire to go in the future. It’s a fun and informative read on their take of Fried Chicken, history and staff. In closing out the issue, we provide you with a Holiday Gift Guide featuring some unique gift ideas.
