You have done an excellent job
of maintaining and developing
the North Cove Marina, for the
entire BPC community. This is
true for the "sailing and
yachting" groups,
obviously. But your efforts have
been a benefit to those like
myself who do not participate
directly, rather watch and enjoy
the activity of the Marina. As a
resident of PBC for almost 30
years, I've seen all of the
comings and goings in the
neighborhood. Thank you for all
that you have done to enhance
the area and its offerings. You
have my hope and support for
your continued management of
North Cove Marina

International Race Starts and Record Attempts
North Cove Marina Management has attracted many events of
international magnitude to the marina. These events raise the profile of
Battery Park City and Lower Manhattan around the world.
The reason NCMM has been so successful in attracting these events is
that Commodore Fortenbaugh is a sailor who speaks the same language
as the race organizers. NCMM wins the business by establishing
reasonable economic deals which benefit both the race organizers and
the marina.
