making it one of <strong>the</strong> most<br />
sought after neighborhoods in<br />
all of Manhattan for residence<br />
and business alike. I would like<br />

making all of <strong>the</strong>se possibilities<br />
a reality for us every day. You<br />
are certainly one of <strong>the</strong> best<br />

KRYS Ocean Race<br />
Ano<strong>the</strong>r ground<br />
breaking race<br />
attracted by <strong>NCMM</strong><br />
was <strong>the</strong> KRYS Ocean<br />
Race in 2012. This<br />
was for a fleet of 70-<br />
foot trimarans. The<br />
race was from NYC<br />
<strong>to</strong> Brest. This was<br />
<strong>the</strong> first major ocean race connecting New York City <strong>to</strong> France.<br />
To win this event for NYC, <strong>NCMM</strong> had <strong>to</strong> negotiate with <strong>the</strong> organizesr<br />
and convince <strong>the</strong>m of <strong>the</strong> benefits of starting in New York City ra<strong>the</strong>r<br />
than Newport, RI.<br />
