young. Also important, the expected “duration” of the
person working as a broker is about ten years, and after
that almost everyone either looks for new challenges or
becomes tired and fed up due to stressful working conditions.
Those mentioned reasons and the great market
expansion over the last two years may have resulted in
a certain disproportion of the industry’s needs and the
available personnel, for it will take some time before the
profession answers by satisfying the needs of the industry
that suddenly grows. However, regulators and educational
institutions are doing a good job of looking after
the development of quality and trustworthy personnel.

There are no firm instruments of insurance. That’s why
the investment industry is one of the most supervised
and regulated. Also, this is where the power of recommendation
comes into play. If the broker wants to be
successful, he must build a good reputation for himself
and his house, and it’s his priority to work in the best interest
of the clients.
